Hash / Algorithm Identifier
Paste a hash or password digest and get quick hints about which algorithm it might be based on length, characters, and prefixes.
All processing happens in your browser. Results are heuristic guesses, not definitive proof.
Input
One hash per line works best. The tool will try to classify each line separately.
Detection is based on length, allowed characters, and common prefixes (e.g., bcrypt / Argon2 formats). Use it as a starting point when triaging data in logs or dumps.
Guessed algorithms
Each non-empty input line is echoed with a list of likely hash types and a short note.
